How do I find my size?

We have comprehensive size charts available on our website for each style. These can be found on the product page under Sizecart.

Is Pratt Clothing true to size?

As a general rule, Pratt clothing is true to size however please bear in mind each item has been individually sized and does differ between styles. We have comprehensive size charts available on our website which are accessible on the product page for each style.

What is your return policy?

For online purchases, we operate a no quibble exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 7 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Is there a difference in sizing between shorts of same size and style?

As with all clothing manufacturing, there is a tolerance. Although we do our best to avoid inconsistency, all items cannot be exactly the same. Please let us know if you are unhappy with the sizing of an item, as although it may not be considered faulty, if the item is unworn and returned within 14 days of receiving your order, we may be able to locate a suitable replacement. Please note, due to the nature of the fabric on our Harry and William shorts, our tolerance must be higher than usual.

If your order was placed before midday, it will be dispatched on the same business day. For orders placed after midday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm which will contain a tracking code.

Where does Pratt London Manufacture its clothing?

The main production of shorts are manufactured in Portugal. The trims are designed in Italy and produced in Hong Kong.

Is Pratt Clothing true to size?

How do I find my size?

What if an item is out of stock?

There is an option on our website to request an item that is out of stock. We will contact you once it becomes available again.

Is sizing consistent between styles?

All our styles are sized slightly differently due to the fit, therefore we recommend using our comprehensive size charts when choosing the right fit, which are available for each style. Please note, as with all clothing manufacturing, there is a tolerance. Although we do our best to avoid inconsistency, all items cannot be exactly the same. I have a fault with a Pratt London item how do I resolve it?

We are sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with one of your Pratt items. If you bought the item directly from Pratt London, please email us on Enquiry@PrattLondon.com with details of the fault and proof of purchase. We aim to respond within one business day with details on how to proceed. If the short was bought from one of our retailers, please contact them directly.

Do you offer repair service?

We are sorry to hear that there seems to be an issue with your Pratt Shorts. We currently do not offer a repair service, however if you bought the item directly from Pratt London and it has a manufacturing defect we will of course do our best to get this repaired for you or look into replacing this. Please send us an email on Enquiry@PrattLondon.com with details of the fault and proof of purchase.

Are all your shorts suitable for swimming?

Yes all our Pratt Short are suitable for swimming.

Can I reserve an item?

There is an option on our website to request an item that is out of stock. we will contact you ones if it becomes available again.

Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

If the order was placed before midday with standard shipping it should be with you in 2-3 business days, with express it will be with you the next day.

What are your cut off times for order to be dispatched?

Orders placed before midday on a business day will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

Do you deliver to PO box addresses?

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we are unable to accept any orders to PO box addresses and are only able to ship to valid street addresses, apologies.

Where is my order dispatched from?

It is dispatched from our UK Head office.

Will I be charged handling and custom fees?

Any goods exported outside of Europe will be subject to custom fees, VAT and a handling charge from the courier. These are not included in the delivery cost and are the responsibility of the receiver.

I have not received my order yet?

We are very sorry you have not received your order as quickly as expected. Please refer to your dispatch confirmation email which contains a link and tracking code to check the status of your order. My tracking number isn't working

Will I be charged VAT?

Yes. Our website is currently unable to deduct the VAT for orders outside of the EU automatically. However, Pratt London is always happy to refund VAT on request. Please get in touch on Enquiry@PrattLondon.com or +44 0207 4609 972 once you have placed your order, and we will refund to the card used for payment. We aim to respond within one business day.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to a number of countries from our UK site. If your country is not stated in the delivery box at the basket stage, please contact us on Enquiry@PrattLondon.com or +44 0207 4609 972. Please note that we do not deliver to every country due to courier restrictions, however we are more than happy to help you find alternative shipping methods.

What are the delivery costs?

We have free standard shipping to all over the world the express shipping fees are specified on the product pages depending on the country.

Can I place my order on the UK site if I am based in the US?

Yes. Please bear in mind that orders placed trough our UK site will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Items sent outside the E.U. on Express will incur a handling fee from the carrier not included in the postage price.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Exchange and returns

What is your return policy?

How do I make a return?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply send your purchase back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned for a full refund and should be in new, unused condition, with all garment tags still attached. Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven day cooling off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Do you offer free returns?

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receiving them. Please allow a little extra time during our busy periods.

Orders

Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

We will always endeavour to make the requested amendments but please keep in mind due to postal deadlines this is not always possible. Please note, during peak periods, it is not possible to make amendments to orders.

I am missing an item from my order. what do I do?

We are very sorry your order has arrived incomplete. Please contact us on Enquiry@PrattLondon.com with your order number and confirmation on which item was missing from your order and we will aim to respond to you within 1 business day.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?

All items comes in a Pratt London water proof bag.

I have not received my order confirmation email?

We are very sorry you have not received your Order Confirmation email. Please allow 2 hours for your email to come through and check your junk box. If you have still not received your email, please contact us on Enquiry@PrattLondon.com and we will aim to respond within 1 business day.

Payment

Which payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and we offer the option to checkout via PayPal.

Why the website does not accept my card?

Apologies for the issues you have experienced when trying to order with us online. Please contact your bank to ensure there are no fraud blocks on your card. How do I apply Gift certificate?

To apply a gift voucher, please enter the 7 digit code into the gift certificate box at the payment page.

Website and costumer account

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No you do not have to make an account to check out, the option to check out as a guest is there.

I am having trouble logging into my costumer account?

How do I reset my password?

Please click 'Forgotten Your Password' when logging in online to re-set and choose a new account password.

I am having trouble with the website, I can't place my order?

Pratt London is always happy to take orders by telephone. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 (UK). The number is +44 0207 4609 972. Does Pratt London Have a seasonal sale?

Pratt London does not have sales since our collections are not seasonal

Do you sell gift certificate?

Yes we do, you can purchase a gift certificate in our online store

What if an item I want is out of stock?

There is an option on our website to request an item that is out of stock. we will contact you ones if it becomes available again.

Can I reserve an item?

We currently do not offer a service to reserve items online, this includes items placed into your shopping cart, apologies. If you wish to reserve items to purchase at a later date, we will be more than happy to hold these for you for 7 days.
